DFS players will have to wait a little longer to get Tiger Woods into their lineups. Woods has opted to skip next week's Sentry Tournament of Champions, according to ESPN's Bob Harig. Woods qualified for the event via his victory at the season-ending Tour Championship. There was speculation that Woods might play in the season opener for the first time since 2005, but the 80-time PGA Tour winner's representatives confirmed that he is "spending more time with family and friends over the holiday and will start his season at a later event." The smart money is on Woods kicking off his 2019 schedule at the Farmers Insurance Open in late January. That tournament is held at Torrey Pines, a course where Woods has eight career victories. --Joe Nicely - RotoBaller
