Taylor Gabriel Explodes For Three First-Half Touchdowns
5 years agoChicago Bears wide receiver Taylor Gabriel caught six passes for 75 yards and three touchdowns in the team's 31-15 win over the Redskins in Week 4. Gabriel was open all over the field, springing free for two easy red zone scores. He then capped off his first half by making Bears history, making a highlight reel catch for 36 yards and becoming the first Bears player with three receiving touchdowns in one quarter. When Gabriel and quarterback Mitch Trubisky are clicking, the veteran is an elite fantasy option. There were stretches last season where Gabriel was the Bears biggest threat in the passing game. But inconsistency will keep Gabriel on the fantasy fence heading into the team's Week 4 matchup against the Vikings.
