The Houston Texans signed linebacker Tae Davis to a one-year deal on Thursday, according to a league source. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Davis missed all of the 2021 season while on Injured Reserve, but he's healthy now and can be a core special teams contributor for Houston. The 25-year-old played in 13 games for the Cleveland Browns in 2020, registering only seven solo tackles and one pass defensed. In three NFL seasons, Davis has 52 tackles (40 solo), five QB hits and two sacks in 40 games (five starts). Unless injuries hit the position hard in 2022, Davis is unlikely to be a starting option most weeks.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
