T.Y. Hilton Doesn't Practice Wednesday
4 years agoIndianapolis Colts wide receiver T.Y. Hilton (groin) didn't take part in practice on Wednesday. The Colts will continue to monitor Hilton throughout the week, but he seems to be on the wrong side of questionable for Week 9 against the Ravens. Baltimore will be without All-Pro cornerback Marlon Humphrey this weekend, but Hilton's injury and declining numbers make him one to avoid for fantasy lineups, even if he's active. The 30-year-old has become a low-volume receiver in this run-first offense. He was targeted a season-high 10 times in the Week 5 loss to the Browns, but he's since been targeted seven times the last two games. If Indy is ahead, they just aren't throwing the ball much. If Hilton can't go this Sunday, rookie Michael Pittman Jr., Zach Pascal and Marcus Johnson would be in on three-receiver sets. Hilton hasn't gone over 69 yards or scored a touchdown in 2020.
