Spencer Dinwiddie Won’t Make Mavericks Debut Saturday
Spencer Dinwiddie has been ruled out for Saturday's contest against the Clippers, not yet having received the green light to suit up for his new team. Dinwiddie, who started all 44 games that he has appeared in this season, is likely slated to take on a bench role with Dallas. With that said, his offensive upside remains high, as he should be the top scoring option for the Mavs second unit. While he has scuffled to the tune of a 37.6% shooting percentage, his overall production of 12.6 points, 5.8 assists and 4.7 rebounds continues to give him sizable season-long appeal entering the second half. He will make his team debut Tuesday vs. Miami.
