Spencer Dinwiddie Slows Down On Sunday
Spencer Dinwiddie wasn't able to continue his outstanding scoring spurt on Sunday against the Hawks, although he didn't play badly either, scoring 15 points on 3-for-8 shooting and dishing out five assists. Dinwiddie, who was 8-for-8 from the line, has been getting 30-plus minutes regularly lately, but it was a blowout and thus he finished with only 24 minutes, which was one of the reasons why he couldn't produce another 20-point night. He had even averaged 30.3 points in the previous three games, so Dinwiddie has been spectacular this month. His form will face a big test on Tuesday against the Lakers, who have limited point guards to only 39 percent shooting this season.
