Satoshi Kodaira during his opening round four-under 66 on Thursday, carded just the second double-eagle in Colonial history. Kodaira holed out from 234-yards on the par-five first hole. Kodaira, who captured his first win on the PGA Tour in April at the RBC Heritage, hopes to make the Fort Worth Invitational even more memorable by capturing his second career title in a little over a one month span. Kodaira will enter his third round on Saturday at seven-under par, only three strokes behind the overnight leader Justin Rose. He is currently holding a share of third place with Brooks Koepka. Kodaira and Koepka will be the second to last group to tee off tomorrow at 12:50 PM. For an interesting side note, only two double-eagles have made on tour this season. Kodaira got his on Thursday and Koepka had one during the final round at The Players Championship two weeks ago. Will the pairing produce magic again tomorrow?--Spencer Aguiar - RotoBaller
