The New Orleans Saints signed defensive back P.J. Williams and defensive tackle Jaleel Johnson to one-year deals on Saturday, according to a source. Williams' deal is worth $2.3 million fully guaranteed. He'll be returning for his sixth season with the Saints and will likely continue to serve as the starting slot corner in New Orleans. The 28-year-old had 42 tackles (36 solo), three tackles for loss, four QB hits, two sacks, a career-high three interceptions (one for a TD) and five passes defensed in 16 games (five starts) last year. Johnson had 23 tackles (11 solo) and a fumble recovery in 12 games (no starts) in his lone season with the Houston Texans in 2021 after spending his first four NFL seasons with the Minnesota Vikings.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
