Tampa Bay Rays starting pitcher Ryan Yarbrough earned a few different types of victories Friday versus Toronto. Reports had come out saying that Yarbrough would take over Yonny Chirinos' spot in the rotation, but then the team decided to start Andrew Kittredge on Friday. Kittredge would last two innings while giving up a run. Yarbrough then came in to throw five scoreless innings and earn the victory. It now appears likely that Yarbrough will become part of the rotation. He has now recorded 24 1/3 innings with 20 strikeouts and a 3.33 ERA.--Jamie Mellor
