Russell Westbrook Scores Game-High 34 Points
Russell Westbrook was the top scorer in Wednesday's 120-116 loss to Atlanta, going for 34 points on 12-for-28 shooting. It was an inefficient performance, but the former MVP impressed with a 4-for-9 effort from behind the arc and he shot 6-for-8 at the foul line. Westbrook's line included 15 assists, five rebounds and three steals with four turnovers. The man with the most triple-doubles in league history failed to get one this time, but he hasn't gone back-to-back games without a triple-double since the end of March, so we can fully expect him to produce one against Cleveland on Friday.
