Rosell Herrera Hits First MLB Home Run
6 years agoKansas City Royals outfielder Rosell Herrera flashed his power on Sunday by crushing his first major league home run against the Yankees. Herrera has been on fire since the All-Star break, but he really showed off in Yankee Stadium over the weekend. Herrera went 7-for-13 with the home run, three runs scored, and four RBI over the three games played on Saturday and Sunday. Herrera may have a bit of a playing time problem once the team's entire outfield is set since he's fighting for time with Jorge Bonifacio, Jorge Soler, Alex Gordon, and newly acquired outfielder Brett Phillips, but for now, Herrera's certainly making his impact.
