3 years agoDetroit Tigers outfielder Robbie Grossman (finger) is back in the starting lineup on Friday against Minnesota Twins right-hander Kenta Maeda and is in left field and hitting third in the batting order. Grossman missed just one game with a jammed finger. The 31-year-old switch-hitter has made more consistent hard contact from the right side against left-handers, but he has eight of his 11 long balls this year from the left side against righties like Maeda. Although he has a low .227 batting average, Grossman is a decent DFS play in his return to the lineup for his power (11 home runs), speed (10 stolen bases) and on-base abilities near the top of Detroit's lineup.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
