Carolina Panthers wide receiver Rashard Higgins is a healthy inactive in Week 8 against the Atlanta Falcons. Higgins has been active for only three games so far in 2022 and he's played just nine offensive snaps while drawing zero targets in the passing game in Carolina's lackluster offense. With Higgins on the sideline on Sunday against Atlanta, the Panthers will have DJ Moore, Terrance Marshall Jr., Laviska Shenault Jr. and Shi Smith as their four receivers for quarterback PJ Walker, who is making his second straight start after a surprising upset win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 7.
