The Las Vegas Raiders have decided to hire Chip Kelly as their new offensive coordinator. Kelly most recently was the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach with Ohio State this past season. He also had stints as the head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles and San Francisco 49ers before heading to UCLA to be the head coach from 2018-2023. Carroll and Kelly briefly coached against each other when Kelly was with the 49ers and Carroll was coaching the Seattle Seahawks. Now, the two sides will join forces in hopes of turning around this Raiders team. Kelly is a intelligent offensive mind, so this appears to be a great hire by the Raiders.--Andy Webb
