Raheem Mostert Sits Out Again Thursday
12 months agoMiami Dolphins running back Raheem Mostert (ankle, knee) was absent from practice for the second straight day on Thursday. Two straight days of missed practice would normally raise the alarm for fantasy managers, but the Dolphins have also listed veteran rest next to Mostert's name. As long as the 31-year-old returns to the practice field on Friday, he should be good to go to serve as Miami's lead back in the Week 16 showdown versus the Dallas Cowboys. And as long as Mostert is active, he's a no-brainer must-start since he leads the NFL with a whopping 18 rushing touchdowns on the year. The Cowboys were just gashed on the ground by Buffalo Bills running back James Cook for over 100 yards in Week 15, too. If for some reason Mostert is limited this weekend, explosive rookie De'Von Achane would see more touches out of the backfield.
