Quay Walker, Jaire Alexander Doubtful For Week 10
1 year agoGreen Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said that linebacker Quay Walker (groin) and cornerback Jaire Alexander (shoulder) are doubtful for the Week 10 contest against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday. The good news is that the Packers don't have any long-term concerns with Walker's groin injury, but this is still a notable development with Green Bay unlikely to have two of their best defenders on the road in Pittsburgh this weekend. The 23-year-old Walker is looking at missing his second straight contest, so Isaiah McDuffie should make another start at inside linebacker. Alexander is on track to miss his fourth straight game. Rookie Keisean Nixon is in line for another start in the secondary.
