5 months agoLos Angeles Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers lit up the box score last week when he destroyed the Cardinals, but he'll have a tougher go of it against Pittsburgh this Sunday. Rivers has been rolling as a dark-horse MVP candidate as he's racked up 26 touchdowns and more than 3,100 yards this season, but the Steelers defense has been on fire recently. After playing like nothing more than a speed bump for the first half of the season, Pittsburgh's D has allowed the third-fewest fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks over the last four weeks. The good news is that Rivers should be able to overcome such a challenge, and whether LA wins or loses, he'll still be a solid QB1 this week.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller
