The New Orleans Saints selected Stanford cornerback Paulson Adebo with the No. 76 overall pick in the third round of the 2021 NFL draft on Friday night. Adebo is a lengthy ball hawk at 6-foot-1, 192 pounds. He isn't all that agile, but he makes up for it by reading the opposing quarterbacks eyes and is very savvy at picking up route combinations. Adebo's best season in college came back in 2018, though, and he opted out of the 2020 campaign due to COVID-19. The Saints traded up to get him in the third round after he slipped in this draft because there was no tape on him from last year. Despite a down season in 2019, Adebo is underrated and could push for immediate playing time in his rookie season given New Orleans' need at cornerback.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
