Dustin Jacoby scored a stunning comeback third-round KO win over Vitor Petrino at UFC Tampa. Jacoby entered the bout as a big underdog and in the first two rounds, Petrino was landing the more damaging shots. But, in the third round with less than 90 seconds left in the fight, Jacoby landed a right cross that put Petrino out cold. With the win, Jacoby is now 20-9-1 as a pro and 8-6-1 in the UFC. Billy Quarantillo suffered a third-round knockout loss to Cub Swanson in the co-main event of UFC Tampa on Saturday. Quarantillo entered the fight as the favorite but was outstruck in the first round. He did have more success in the second round as he looked to take over the fight. But, in the third round, Quarantillo was caught by a one-two punch that put him out cold. With the loss, Quarantillo fell to 18-7 as a pro and 6-5 in the UFC. Cub Swanson picked up a third-round KO win over Billy Quarantillo in the co-main event of UFC Tampa. Swanson entered the fight as the betting underdog and he had a good first round outstirking Quarantillo. However, in the second round, Swanson slowed down and was controlled for 1:38. In the third round, Swanson landed a beautiful 1-2 combo that KO'd Quarantillo. With the win, Swanson is now 30-14 as a pro and 15-10 in the UFC.
