Tampa Bay Lightning left wing Ondrej Palat will be a first-liner in Wednesday's clash with Washington. He finished Monday's 6-2 loss to Toronto with Brayden Point and Nikita Kucherov and has now also practiced with the pair. It appears that Steven Stamkos will drop all the way down to the third line for Wednesday's contest. Palat is a winger with good all-around ability, but he hasn't been very impactful offensively for a pretty big stretch, notching just six points since the start of February. He has 37 points in total for the season in 64 games with 119 shots and 103 hits. Riding with Point and Kucherov puts Palat in a very good situation to get going again offensively.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
