Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski said that defensive end Olivier Vernon (Achilles) suffered a torn Achilles in the Week 17 win over the Steelers and will have surgery. Vernon will miss the team's playoff run. In 13 games this year, the veteran pass-rusher had nine sacks, ranking second to Myles Garrett's 12 sacks. Adrian Clayborn and Porter Gustin will help replace Vernon's production in the postseason in the wild-card round in Pittsburgh. The 30-year-old Vernon is in the final year of his contract with Cleveland and was on the IDP map while finishing the regular season at No. 19 among defensive linemen in fantasy points. Cleveland's defense will be hard to trust for those playing in fantasy playoff formats.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
