Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. was officially released on Wednesday night with a post-June 1 designation. Beckham's dead money will spread over two years, while the Ravens won't see the salary cap relief until June 2. After signing a one-year, $15 million deal with Baltimore last offseason, the 31-year-old veteran pass-catcher disappointed with 35 receptions for 565 yards and three touchdowns on 64 targets in 14 regular-season games (six starts). The only real reliable pass-catchers in Baltimore were rookie Zay Flowers and tight end Mark Andrews. The Ravens could still re-sign OBJ, but if he were to return, he'd have a limited role behind Flowers, Andrews and Rashod Bateman in the passing game. Beckham should land with another team, but his days of being a big part of an offense are likely over.--Keith Hernandez
