Houston Texans wide receiver Nico Collins is a sleeper play in Week 9 against the Dolphins. Collins was coming off of a combined 11 targets heading into last week's matchup and went on to enjoy the best game of his young career against the Rams, totaling 55 yards. Now, he'll get starting quarterback Tyrod Taylor back for an excellent matchup with Miami, who has allowed the second-most fantasy points per game to wideouts. Collins could be a sneaky flex option in deeper formats and has sleeper appeal as a low-cost option in DFS tournaments.--Tim Capurso
