MyCole Pruitt Worth Consideration In Week 18
MyCole Pruitt has taken over as the starter with Kyle Pitts (knee) out for the year. The veteran tight end has averaged five half-point PPR fantasy points per game since replacing Pitts as the starter. While he had a season-high 49 receiving yards last week against the Arizona Cardinals, Pruitt scored three total fantasy points over the previous two contests. Meanwhile, the veteran has a solid matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this week. The NFC South division winners have surrendered 11.1 fantasy points per game to tight ends this season, the eighth-most in the NFL. Furthermore, the Buccaneers have given up four receiving touchdowns to tight ends over the past six weeks. Pruitt isn't an ideal starter for season-long leagues, but a decent cheap DFS option for Week 18.
