Mike Trout Goes Hitless In Wednesday's Loss
Mike Trout had a rough game at the plate in the team's 7-2 loss to the Texas Rangers on Wednesday. He went 0-for-4, striking out in each of his four plate appearances. Strangely enough, this was his second four-strikeout game of the month. Apart from those two rare outings, Trout has remained fantastic this year, looking every bit like the fantasy stud we've seen in years past. Over 40 games, he's slashing .319/.425/.674 with 12 home runs, 26 RBI and 35 runs. His 1.099 OPS leads the majors.
