According to NFL Media's Ian Rapoport, Free-agent safety Mike Edwards plans to sign with the Chiefs on a one-year, $3 million deal. The 26-year-old was selected in the third round of the 2019 NFL Draft by Tampa Bay, where he played the last four seasons. During that time, he amassed 184 total tackles, seven interceptions, and two sacks (58 games). Kansas City lost Juan Thornhill to the Browns via free agency, so the team needed a replacement. While Edwards isn't as productive as Thornhill, he's an upgrade over the other options on the roster.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBallerRead More News
