Michael Walker Reaches Agreement With Eagles
4 years agoFormer Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Michael Walker reached an agreement on an undisclosed deal with the Philadelphia Eagles on Wednesday, according to his agent. Walker went undrafted out of Boston College but signed with Jacksonville in 2019. The 24-year-old had just two catches for 15 yards and returned 18 kickoffs for 411 yards and three punts for 13 yards in seven games (no starts) in his rookie season. Walker did not play at all in 2020 and will hope to provide wide receiver and special teams depth with the Eagles if he makes the final roster out of training camp. The Eagles waived Jamie Newman to make room for Walker on the roster.
