According to Craig Mish of SportsGrid.com, the Miami Marlins 2020 season has been put on pause, "at least temporarily." The Washington Nationals players voted and a majority chose not to travel to Miami to play this weekend. While MLB could force the Nationals to play, it's very unlikely that they would go against a team that way. The Marlins are dealing with a complete outbreak in the clubhouse, with 17 positive tests (15 players and two coaches.) There is a legitimate chance that the Marlins season could be over at this point, and it's hard to imagine similar outbreaks won't occur on other teams. Additional testing will be done, and that will determine how or if the Marlins season continues.--David A Marcillo - RotoBallerRead More News
