Oakland Athletics third baseman Matt Chapman joined the home run derby after the game was out of hand in the 10-5 win over the Blue Jays. His eighth homer was a two-run shot off of John Axford in the sixth inning. Chapman started the year off great but has had a long cold spell, which diminished his stats and caused some owners to consider dropping him. The last seven days, however, have resulted in seven runs, two homers and six RBI for Chapman. His 42.4 percent hard-hit rate will result in his fair share of doubles and homers, making it worthwhile to obtain Chapman's services in dynasty leagues.--Ellis Canady - RotoBaller
