Free-agent suspended wide receiver Martavis Bryant said that he plans to apply for reinstatement in the coming weeks. The disappointing and oft-suspended wideout caught 19 passes for 266 yards (14.0 average) and no touchdowns in just eight games for the Raiders in 2018 before he was suspended late in the year. There's a chance he could be reinstated this summer, but it remains to be seen if the polarizing receiver will latch on with another team.
