Latavius Murray Returning To Practice
3 years agoBaltimore Ravens running back Latavius Murray (ankle), who has missed the last three games with a sprained ankle, will return to practice on Wednesday. The writing was on the wall for Murray to be on track to make a return in Week 11 against the Chicago Bears when the Ravens released Le'Veon Bell on Tuesday. In six games played (three starts) for Baltimore this year, the veteran back has 59 carries for 212 yards (3.6 yards per carry) and four touchdowns while adding four catches for 25 yards on five targets. Murray hasn't been all that effective on the ground and will return to share backfield touches with Devonta Freeman and Ty'Son Williams, so he shouldn't be considered much more than a touchdown-dependent RB3/flex at risk of being eased back in on Sunday if he plays against Chicago.
