Kyle Seager Should Return Saturday
6 years agoSeattle Mariners third baseman Kyle Seager (hand) went 2-for-4 with a walk and three RBI for Triple-A Tacoma on Tuesday and is hitting .281 on his rehab assignment. He should come off the injured list on Saturday and make his season debut. It's actually perfect timing for the M's, as Ryon Healy just landed on the injured list on Tuesday, so Seager will jump back in as the starting third baseman immediately. Scoop him up right now if he's available in your league. The 31-year-old disappointed by hitting .221/.273/.400 in 2018, but he's had 20-plus homers in seven straight seasons and reached 30 long balls in 2016.
