The San Francisco 49ers have agreed to terms with linebacker Kwon Alexander (Buccaneers) on a four-year contract worth $54 million, a source said Monday. Alexander is making his way back from a torn anterior cruciate ligament, but this is still a nice get. Bucs general manager Jason Licht called Alexander the "heartbeat of the defense", and the team was hopeful he'd return before talks stalled over the weekend. Alexander, when healthy, is a beast for fantasy owners using individual defensive players (IDPs). He rolled up 145 combined tackles with three sacks, an interception and seven passes defensed in 16 games for the Bucs in 2016, but he has played just 18 total games over the past two seasons combined.--Daniel DobishRead More News
