KhaDarel Hodge Won't Practice Thursday
4 years agoCleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski said that wide receiver KhaDarel Hodge (hamstring) and cornerback Denzel Ward (calf) will remain out of practice on Thursday. Stefanski is hopeful that Ward can play on Monday night against the Ravens and "wouldn't call it a long shot." Hodge is on the wrong track to start the week and should be seen as highly questionable against Baltimore unless he gets in some practice time on Friday or Saturday. He's had more opportunities with Odell Beckham Jr. out for the year, but it hasn't amounted to much in this offense. The 25-year-old has just nine catches on 15 targets for 155 yards in seven games. Ward missed the Week 13 win over the Titans and his absence would be good news for Ravens wideout Marquise Brown. Cleveland's defense has been a decent streaming option at times this year, but that won't be the case against a Baltimore offense that scored 38 points against them in the first meeting in Week 1.
