Los Angeles Angels closer Keynan Middleton (elbow) has a damaged UCL and is going to a doctor to get a second opinion. He is not currently on the active roster, although an official disabled list announcement has yet to be made. This sounds like it could be a worst-case scenario for Middleton -- a trip to Dr. James Andrews for Tommy John surgery. It is unclear who will take over for saves in LA. Cam Bedrosian, Jim Johnson, Blake Parker and Justin Anderson all may be in the mix, and this looks like a situation to avoid for the most part unless you're desperate. In very deep leagues, Bedrosian or Johnson are probably your best bets.--patton
