Atlanta Falcons defensive back Justin Simmons (hamstring) will not suit up on Sunday according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. Simmons logged two limited practice sessions earlier in the week but was downgraded to a non-participant on Friday. The 30-year-old safety will now set his sights on returning in Week 9 to face the Dallas Cowboys. Through seven games, Simmons has tallied 28 total tackles with one interception.
