Seattle Mariners outfielder Julio Rodriguez has been promoted to Double-A Arkansas. The No. 5 overall prospect in baseball hit .325/.410/.581 with six home runs and five stolen bases for High-A Everett to earn the promotion. Rodriguez recently helped the Dominican Republic qualify for the 2021 Olympics as well. The 20-year-old has played both center and right field but is more suited for a corner outfield spot in the future. He has the skills and athleticism to become a superstar in the majors next to Jarred Kelenic in Seattle. The big, physical outfielder has an advanced approach from the right side of the plate and impressive raw power. Despite his young age, Rodriguez has a real shot to make his major league debut as early as 2022 if he continues to impress down on the farm.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
