Josh Rogers Scratched, Likely To Start For Orioles
Josh Rogers of the Triple-A Norfolk Tides has been scratched from his scheduled start on Tuesday, likely meaning he will arrive in Baltimore for his Orioles debut. The 24-year-old could be arriving in a move that coincides with Alex Cobb (back) going on the injured list, opening a spot in the Orioles rotation. Rogers has made just one start for Norfolk this season, going five innings and allowing three runs last Thursday. In 69 career minor league appearances, he's posted a 3.10 ERA and a 30-21 record.
