3 years agoSan Francisco 49ers cornerback Josh Norman (lungs) is dealing with two bruised lungs and tissue damage that may have caused some internal bleeding, according to sources. Norman is undergoing more tests on Monday after getting injured in the Sunday night loss to the Green Bay Packers. Doctors will be cautious, but he is in good spirits and is hoping to play in Week 4 against the Seattle Seahawks. Jason Verrett is already out for the year, and K'Waun Williams (calf) was also injured on Sunday night, so the 49ers secondary is thinning out considerably. Packers top receiver Davante Adams certainly took advantage in Week 3, and the Seahawks and their top receiving duo of DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett could do the same in Week 4.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
