Josh Gordon Reinstated
4 years agoSeattle Seahawks wide receiver Josh Gordon has been reinstated by the league and will be eligible to return for the final two games of the season after being suspended indefinitely in December of last year for violating the league's policies on performance-enhancing substances and substances of abuse. He can begin COVID-19 testing Friday and will be eligible to practice on Dec. 21. Gordon played in five games for Seattle in 2019, catching seven passes for 139 yards. The former second-round pick of the Browns will provide a boost to a Seattle offense that already includes wide receivers D.K. Metcalf, Tyler Lockett and David Moore. Gordon is still on the right side of 30 and will join an offense led by MVP candidate Russell Wilson, but there's no way that fantasy managers will want to trust a player like Gordon in their fantasy championship.
