The New York Jets have been receiving trade calls on four-time Pro Bowl linebacker C.J. Mosley. The seventh-year veteran still has $22 million in guarantees remaining on his contract after he opted out due to COVID-19 in 2020. His salary cap hit on a new team would be $6 million in 2021. Mosley signed a five-year, $85 million deal with the Jets in 2019 but played in just two games after suffering a serious groin injury early in the season. He spent his first five seasons with the Baltimore Ravens after he was selected 17th overall in the 2014 draft. In 79 career games, Mosley has 588 total tackles (43 for loss), 32 QB hits, 8.5 sacks and 10 interceptions (two for touchdowns). He also had a fumble recovery returned for a touchdown in 2015.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
