Jerry Jeudy Heading For MRI Exam On Monday
2 years agoDenver Broncos wide receiver Jerry Jeudy (ankle) is getting an MRI exam on his injured ankle on Monday, but the belief is that he strained a muscle behind his ankle in the Week 10 loss to the Tennessee Titans, according to a source. Jeudy couldn't put any pressure on his ankle on Sunday and couldn't run routes, which is why he didn't return to the game after leaving early in the first half. It sounds like there's a very real possibility that Jeudy could miss multiple games, but we'll have a better idea on his timetable once the MRI results come back. The 23-year-old was trending up heading into Sunday's game, catching 13 of 18 targets for 159 yards and a touchdown in two previous games, so it's a tough break for Jeudy and his fantasy managers. If he misses any time, Courtland Sutton and Kendall Hinton would operate as the top two receivers.
