Philadelphia Flyers defenseman Jamie Drysdale (upper body) will return to the lineup Monday when the team takes on the New York Islanders. The 21-year-old has missed the past 16 games due to an upper-body injury. "I just came in, they said today was the day, but you never know, and then I came and just saw the number on the board," Drysdale said. "It's nice to be back. It [stinks] being out, especially when your team is kind of going into war night in and night out. That's never fun, so it's just real good to be back." Drysdale has been beleaguered by injuries in his young career, skating in just eight games last season before undergoing season-ending shoulder surgery. He has three goals and nine points in 27 games between the Ducks and Flyers this season.--Brenton Kemp
