James O'Shaughnessy's Practice Window Opens
3 years agoThe Jacksonville Jaguars opened tight end James O'Shaughnessy's (ankle) and center Brandon Linder's (knee) 21-day practice window to return from Injured Reserve. Both players will be eligible to return to practice on Wednesday and can be activated from IR to potentially play in Week 11 against the San Francisco 49ers. O'Shaughnessy hasn't played since Week 2 with a high ankle sprain, though, so it wouldn't be surprising for the Jaguars to hold off on activating him for at least another week. And even when the 29-year-old returns to action, he'll be behind Dan Arnold, who was acquired in a trade to take over the pass-catching duties for Jacksonville at tight end. O'Shaughnessy caught seven of his nine targets for 72 yards in his two games before the injury.
