3 years agoArizona Cardinals running back James Conner (ankle) was not present at practice on Thursday for the portion open to the media. If Conner ends up with a DNP on the final injury report, it will be his second straight missed practice of the week after needing an MRI exam on Tuesday. The Cardinals were calling Conner day-to-day earlier this week, but two missed practices has his status up in the air for Week 15 against the Detroit Lions. The 26-year-old has been one of the best values in all of fantasy football in 2021 in his first year in Arizona, but with Chase Edmonds potentially returning from Injured Reserve this week as well, his value is wavering for the first time all year. As long as Conner is able to play, though, he should be at least in the RB2 picture against one of the worst run defenses in the league if Edmonds returns to the rotation.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
