Detroit Pistons center Jalen Duren (knee) has been upgraded to available ahead of Thursday's game against the New Orleans Pelicans. As expected, Duren is cleared to play after being listed as probable with a minor knee issue. Despite the minor injury, Duren will be out there for the second leg of this back-to-back set. Duren is one of the best centers in the league, so fantasy managers make sure he's active in their lineups. He's averaging 19.3 points, 10.6 rebounds, and 1.7 assists across 28.0 minutes per game this season. The 22-year-old has been asked to take on a larger role offensively since Cade Cunningham (lung) went down.--Andy Webb
