Jalen Brunson Leads The Way For Knicks With 38 Points
2 years agoNew York Knicks point guard Jalen Brunson kept his wonderful campaign going with a game-high 38 points on 11-for-22 shooting Saturday against Utah. Julius Randle added 31 points, and the Knicks finally managed to get to .500 at home with a 126-120 victory. Brunson netted only two times from deep but made major damage at the foul line with a 14-for-15 effort. He also handed out five assists, pulled down three boards and logged one steal in 39 minutes of action. The 26-year-old finished off last month with a bang when he had 37 points against the Lakers, and Brunson has so far averaged 31.0 points in February with 6.6 assists and 4.4 rebounds. He's in great form right now and will try to keep it up in a matchup versus the Nets, who watched Brunson go for 26 points against them in the last head-to-head meeting.
