St. Louis goaltender Jake Allen turned aside all 26 shots he faced in Friday's 1-0 road victory against the Winnipeg Jets for his first shutout since Dec. 7, 2017, exactly one calendar year. "I could care less, honestly," Allen said. "I'm not a stats guy, unfortunately, but maybe it's a lucky day every year, so I'll mark this one on my calendar." Allen, who entered the game 0-1-1 with a 4.92 goals-against average in two starts and three appearances this season against the Jets, certainly looked better than at any point. Perhaps this will serve as a springboard going forward. His fantasy owners certainly hope so.--Daniel Dobish
