Although J.B. Holmes will be making his first appearance at Silverado Resort and Spa, the American should be considered a dark horse to take home the first title of the season. Holmes has been statistically impressive throughout his career on Poa grass, and that could provide dividends for him this weekend. In his last 50 rounds compared to the field on Poa, the 36-year-old is ranked first in strokes gained tee to green, first in ball striking, second in DraftKings points scored, third in strokes gained off the tee and fourth in strokes gained approach. Maybe even more impressively, Holmes ranks 27th in the field over his previous 75 rounds on Poa in strokes gained-putting. While that may not jump out as a compelling statistic, he ranks just 115th compared to his counterparts in the past 100 rounds on all other surfaces. The four-time PGA Tour winner is a bargain at only $7,900 on DraftKings and provides enormous GPP upside. --Spencer Aguiar - RotoBaller
