Homer Bailey Scratched From Next Rehab Start
Homer Bailey (knee) has been scratched from his next scheduled rehab start. Bailey was set to make his second rehab start at Triple-A Louisville on Saturday but his injured knee is bothering him too much. According to interim manager Jim Riggleman, “He pulled himself off of the rehab. He just wasn’t feeling right. I’m not sure what the details are. He just wasn’t feeling right and wanted to stop the clock running on his rehab time. That’s what we’re going to do.” Bailey hasn't appeared in a big league game since May 28 and had been demoted to the bullpen shortly before the injury.
